Supercare is terrible company. They always delay my grandmas oxygen tanks delivery, they fight with you and tell you to go to their Riverside location as if it’s not their duty and some of their clients live over an hour away. We need to be reporting them to Medicare and health care insurance companies because their customer service is terrible. I wish the insurance was contracted with a different company. They claim to be here to serve one's needs? The question is when I've tried calling I've driven to their location the Sign on the door says they’ll be back at three it’s 330 nobody’s home

My provider sent a referral here. I contacted them when I had not heard from them. They did have the referral but had not set up an account. Over an hour later I was told that the account was set up and an order was completed but it was not known if the supplies were in stock. Not off to a good start.
