Renee Mosqueda came out today. She help me understand everything with my new machine . I am truly grateful for her help and understanding.
Had an appointment for a respirator therapist to come by for a CPAP fitting at 11:00 so at 11:30 I called to see where they were. The operator in the Philippines put me on hold and said they would be here between 1-4pm. No call from them just expected me to wait and wait. Not very professional
Today we got the comfort band. Rene was very knowledgeable , nice and compassionate. She helped us set it up. Told me how to use it. Thank you Rene for all you did for us.
