We celebrated my dad's birthday recently, and it was an emotional moment for us as a family. I want to thank Supercar Holiday for the 5 nights at Langham Gold Coast Hotel. The care that was shown towards my family, the room setups, cars, and dining were incredible. I only wish the time in the supercars, especially the Lamborghini and Rolls-Royce, was a little bit longer. Other than that, the whole experience was amazing. Thank you, guys.
Refund policy is terrible. We paid a $1000 deposit and it has been over a month, but we are still waiting for our refund. Very disappointed with the delay and poor communication from the admin team. This has been a frustrating experience, and it feels very unprofessional. Glad we didn’t pay the full amount in advance.
Do not trust this company. My experience has been extremely disappointing from start to finish. There has been a complete lack of communication, constant staff turnover, and zero transparency throughout the process. I have been waiting far too long for a full refund that I am entitled to, with no clear updates or resolution.
