i used a groupon deal for air duct and dryer vent cleaning. superb palo alto carpet cleaning called ahead and offered to come earlier than scheduled, which actually worked out better for us. collin and earl arrived right on time, walked through the house with me, and explained the cost for cleaning extra vents and the main duct that weren’t included in the groupon. i thought everything was covered at first, but that was my mistake. they were very polite and professional the whole time, taking their time to answer my question... read more
