Superb Palo Alto Carpet Cleaning was very efficient and professional. They came out the same day and quickly found the problem in my air ducts and A/C unit. Wyatt completely removed all the dust and cleaned the entire system. I highly recommend them for any mold and mildew issues in your air ducts.
I had a different company try to clean my air ducts before, but they couldn’t handle the tricky angles. This time, Ross was able to get all my vents cleaned out with no issues and for a fair price. The service was quick, efficient, and left everything tidy. I’m happy with the results!
I tried cleaning my dryer vent myself with a kit, but the brush broke off inside the duct. After several failed attempts to get it out, I called for professional air duct cleaning. Anthony came over and used a special tool he had made, including a large hook, and after just a few tries, he removed the stuck brush. He also cleaned out the duct completely, and now my dryer works perfectly, showing the duct is 100% clear. Great service!
My experience with Geoffrey was fantastic—he will be the only one I trust to clean my air ducts from now on! He showed up on short notice and was friendly, helpful, and very professional. I got same day service to get my dryer vent cleaned after someone else couldn’t help and recommended an air duct cleaning. The team was professional, quick, and really knew what they were doing. I even received a follow-up call from Jamie to explain what was found and to make sure I was satisfied with the work. I plan to have them come back soon to clean the rest of my house ducts after some renovations. Great job!
