craig was friendly and professional, and the prices were really fair. we had a stair landing and two stairs that were soaked in pet urine from a previous tenant. he took out the old, stained carpet and replaced it with matching carpet from another room. craig also sealed the plywood underneath, put in new tack strips and padding, and steam cleaned all the stairs quickly. i definitely recommend this carpet cleaning service!
