Cory did an incredible job cleaning our carpets! There was a stubborn black stain that had been there since we moved in, and previous cleaners said it couldn’t be removed—but Cory got it out! Our bedroom is a busy spot with kids and dogs, and now the carpet looks brand new. Cory was very friendly and went above and beyond. after a fire in the apartment above us, water from the sprinklers flooded our place and soaked the carpets. superb leeds carpet cleaning came quickly to handle the water cleanup and dry out our carpets and ceiling. roman and the team were extremely friendly and professional—they worked fast and even made us smile with a few jokes. we didn’t have to pay anything because it wasn’t our fault, but the service was excellent. if anything like this happens again, i hope they’re the ones to help. just amazing work.
we've used Superb Leeds Carpet Cleaning for a while now. last week, roman came to do the carpet cleaning for us. we were really happy with how clean everything turned out. we had put down some builder's protection film, and it left the carpet sticky and dirty looking. the mess was easy to see. before starting, roman let us know that some dark spots might not come out, but he cleaned so well that the whole carpet looks brand new. we'll definitely use their carpet cleaning again.

At first, I was a bit unsure about booking because their carpet cleaning prices were much lower than other companies in Leeds. I thought maybe the quality wouldn’t be as good.
