This is a follow up to my previous 5 star review. Superb is supposedly an authorized Armstrong dealer and servicer, yet they kind of fell off of the map. I have another Armstrong technician (from another dealer) here today and he found a number of installation issues, including: Leaking exhaust pipe that has been dripping on the furnace and causing rust Improper installation of PVC piping. Shreds of PVC were blocking the drains inside the furnace, and not allowing the drain to flow freely (water backing up into the furnace).... read more
Honest, local Glen Ellyn provider of HVAC services. Had them install a new AC and Furnace. Mike and Shannon provided quality workmanship with a strong attention to detail. The system was just installed and time will tell, however on a preliminary basis these guys rock.
