I had this company install LVP tile at the end of June. They did not have the threshold strips and said they’d be back to install. (As a sidenote, they left a little over two boxes in my main hallway instead of asking me where they should be placed). One month later, after the initial installation, the company requested final payment. I told them the threshold had not been taken care of so they sent someone out. I had a mixed experience with this company. I was purchased flooring identical to existing floor. The saleswoman was very helpful with determining the right color. She came to my home to pick up the deposit and told me I would need 2 different transitions. Delivery was quick. The installer informed me that the transition from hardwood to vinyl would not work. The saleswoman claimed she had to contact the manufacturer for refund. After 3 weeks and numerous calls to her, she informed me that the manufacturer won’t take it back... read more

Superb installed the LVP flooring in our new build. Two years after it was installed it is splitting at the seams. They informed me I would have to pay them to fix my floor that has a 30 year warranty. May 5, 2025 - We are getting the flooring repaired by another company today and as they started to work on the floor they noticed two things. First the installer used no floor prep. Two, the installer put the flooring under the kitchen cabinets. Superb said they had their best installer do the job.
