My apartment has been uninhabitable for over six weeks due to a persistent bed bug infestation. Best of luck to anyone trying to get in contact with this leasing office. I reached out several times over email and phone and got one email response at 1:27 am and reached out multiple following that email as well and got nothing. They were overall non responsive and unprofessional. Which is very disappointing considering I’ve heard good things about this property management and their buildings appear to be well maintained—from what little I can see at least because I could never get a tour scheduled.
Getting in contact with anyone for leasing office takes days. Would not advise.
