This company is extremely disappointing. The buildings look great in photos and videos, but the reality of units condition is completely different. The actual apartments are old, dirty, poorly maintained, and severely outdated. Even worse, the buildings are rat‑infested, and management still charges premium prices for these conditions. Their management partner Peak is a joke! Save yourself the frustration — do not rent here.
My apartment has been uninhabitable for over six weeks due to a persistent bed bug infestation. Despite five treatments, the problem remains, and Peak Properties (Supera) has been slow to respond and unwilling to escalate the issue. Best of luck to anyone trying to get in contact with this leasing office. I reached out several times over email and phone and got one email response at 1:27 am and reached out multiple following that email as well and got nothing. They were overall non responsive and unprofessional. Which is very disappointing considering I’ve heard good things about this property management and their buildings appear to be well maintained—from what little I can see at least because I could never get a tour scheduled.
Getting in contact with anyone for leasing office takes days. Would not advise.
