Best of luck to anyone trying to get in contact with this leasing office. I reached out several times over email and phone and got one email response at 1:27 am and reached out multiple following that email as well and got nothing. They were overall non responsive and unprofessional. Which is very disappointing considering I’ve heard good things about this property management and their buildings appear to be well maintained—from what little I can see at least because I could never get a tour scheduled.
Getting in contact with anyone for leasing office takes days. Would not advise.

It’s so frustrating trying to communicate with this company. Apparently, the only contact is ‘Elvira Tapia,’ but she never answers emails or messages. How do they expect to rent the properties? It doesn’t make any sense.
I’ve lived in Chicago for almost 13 years and Supera properties is the best apartment management company I’ve ever rented from here. They listen to feedback, properties are well maintained thanks to our amazing building manager Vee, and during the holiday season they give out a gift. Communication is always clear through emails and signs in the hallways. There is a shared gym that is included with rent which is an added perk. Really thankful to have rented from here.
