Do NOT book a room here. We cancelled our room (free of charge), which the manager confirmed, then were still charged for it. Now they are claiming it was a no-show and are refusing to refund our $$. The hotel attendant actually hung up on the representative that called him about it. Stealing $$ and extremely rude.
Do not stay at the super 8 by world's of fun!!!! We showed up at 3pm and our rooms was not clean. They told use to come back in 30 mins... Internet would not work. The cleaning staff was rude, front desk workers was very nice.... They offer breakfast but is was never available except waffles. There was trash in our rooms when,we got them, broken furniture as well. The outside area had trash over it and in the pull area.
