We are from out of town and came to this laundromat, as usual only to find the prices have gone through the roof! Nothing less than $5.00 a load. We have been in many laundromats in our travels but NEVER experienced these prices. Pity the locals who have no choice but to come here! I am from FL and we have a couple of words for this type of action... it's called PRICE GOUGING! Shame on you, the owners of this place!
We are here from another state and use this facility while we are here.. The prices last year were high but I was here and used the facility anyway..this year however the prices had gone up to 5.00 that being the cheapest! Again I used the facility but I can say I will never be back again..and from talking to a local she too said it was ridiculous but had no choice.. I do laundry in Naples, Florida and trust me the prices are half of what they are here! Can you say Price gauging! Shame on the owner..
I have great empathy for those who use the laundry mat. Not knowing how much laundry cost i was 6 cents short of the 5 dollars i needed to do my second load of laundry when converting change to quarters. Girl at desk could not spot me 6 cents, its a small town i could bring later on next trip by. Found dime under car seat and was able to complete my task.
