bad wash quality. For a "brush" wash, it did a worse job the 3 times i used it, as compared to the "touchless" wash systems. Left spots of dirt all over the car where there was no contact with the brushes etc. (back area under window, sides around mirrors, lower door areas, bumpers on my SUV). Also the drying system is poor, car was still dripping all over after going through. Waste of money.

The process at the car wash is fantastic - quick in and out - and they provide the best full car service in the GTA. Courteous and friendly is a bonus too!
