I had my brand-new car washed at this establishment, and unfortunately, it resulted in multiple scratches along the body of my vehicle, seemingly caused by the brush system. Despite being advertised as a "touchless" car wash, the brushes actually made direct contact to my car and were very rough, which likely caused the damage.
