Went through the self wash. By the credit card reader is a sign that says “swipe card for $5 charge” but I got charged $15. Last time I used cash the same wash was around $8. I feel like I got ripped off
I haven't used a spray wash like this since I moved to Oswego from Chicago 25 years ago. Don't know why I haven't stopped here before! Anyway, I wasn't sure what to do, since it's been so long and everything is different now. They're are so many more options. I asked somebody working there for help. He was very informative, helpful, and friendly. Most importantly he didn't make me feel stupid for not knowing what I was doing. Customer service is a big deal to me. I will be back. 2025 Update. Yes, I know, I should just stop coming here, but the location is convenient, so here I am again complaining about the wash. Today, no soap, and the 'spot free rinse' must have been up for interpretation, as it added a lot of water spots to my clean car at no extra cost... See pictures. OSWEGO CAR RINSE. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY! Never any soap here. Guess I'm going to have to drive a distance and waste the gas to go to the proper car wash that works in Naperville. Thought I'd give it another try today, and again NO SOAP. A waste of money. Don't bother going here.
