I can't believe the rotten customer service that is out there these days! Don't bother with this place. Although I had tried some of the other machines they had in the past (just the vacuum ones) and they didn't have very good suction, and had run across rude attendants there as well, I went there anyway today and tried the carpet shampoo machine. Don't waste your money on that! It had awful suction, and did a horrible job. I told the attendant about it, and took my car into the car wash in the meantime. He reported back to ... read more
