Nice but could use a new cleaning crew
Roaches, Roaches, Roaches, Roaches..rooms are a decent size but you will never be comfortable. I stayed here in September, October of 2025 and let me tell you, you can be laying in the bed and will have Roaches crawling over you. I used at least 9 cans of raid in my 4 weeks I was there, they will spray you room if you ask but it doesn't do anything, Roach traps everywhere full with them, you cant refuse cleaning service more than 2 times a week or its a extra charge, if you have any visitors they charge you $50, staff is fri... read more
I walked into the room and immediately knew it was a no go! Not happening. There was 6 roach traps around the room, I went and told front desk lady and she's like oh well there stuck in the trap. I go back to the room to tell my Family we leaving to find 2 live roaches crawling around. I quickly grabbed all my stuff and left. I got my refund of $90, I then look up the other hotels around to find similar reviews so we bounced outta Fredericksburg and went to a different town. Yall dont waste your time or money going there. Crappy room and had 6 cockroach boxes all over the room. Seen 2 live cockroaches walking on the floor. So got outta there quick. Do not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you.like sleeping with bed bugs and cockroaches. See photos attached
