Friendly staff. Fluent in English and Spanish. Just down the road from UMD. A great spot for a quick "thinking about you" gift and hours that are open later than traditional florists. Seem to specialize in roses but had the exact flowers (gladiolus) that I was looking for even while out of season! The made a nice bouquet for me to give to my friend.
Ordered some flowers from here: the courier brought some half dead flowers and left them outside the building without trying to deliver them. I called the shop to complain to the owner: she did not apologize and offered a replacement only if we took the flowers back to her, but the shop is 1hr away from our address, so it will take a long time just to return them.
