Mia does a beautiful job but they don't always follow the appointment you make. I had an appointment with Mia but got the guy who works there. He wanted to charge me 5 dollars extra to shorten my nails and he did a horrible job. I won't be going back there again.

Took my girlfriend to this nail store for some nail art, and we had an awesome experience! The store is super clean and cozy, and the staff were really friendly and professional. She got a detailed nail art design, and it came out absolutely perfect—way better than the picture she showed them. She couldn’t stop looking at her nails and was smiling the whole time. Received the worst manicure of my life here. From the beginning, I told the tech he didn’t buff my nails and he was painting over a bumpy surface. He told me he would fix it at the end with a top coat? You can’t just keep adding layers to a terrible paint job. After repeating my complaints over and over with no change, I finally requested a different tech. She had to remove all the polish and start all over again. AWFUL WORK. It took her FOUR (4) hours to do a new set long black french. each finger looks completely different as if they are all different sets. I kept having to tell her to clean up the paint and after 4 hours i just had to leave with what i had on. they have different prices for different styles of french??? i was told french was 12 extra and the guy came up to me saying the french i wanted was 18. it was a regular french!! french is french why would they be different prices. the prep was super messy and the shape i was... read more
