Mia does a beautiful job but they don't always follow the appointment you make. I had an appointment with Mia but got the guy who works there. He wanted to charge me 5 dollars extra to shorten my nails and he did a horrible job. I won't be going back there again.

Took my girlfriend to this nail store for some nail art, and we had an awesome experience! The store is super clean and cozy, and the staff were really friendly and professional. She got a detailed nail art design, and it came out absolutely perfect—way better than the picture she showed them. She couldn’t stop looking at her nails and was smiling the whole time. Received the worst manicure of my life here. From the beginning, I told the tech he didn’t buff my nails and he was painting over a bumpy surface. He told me he would fix it at the end with a top coat? You can’t just keep adding layers to a terrible paint job. After repeating my complaints over and over with no change, I finally requested a different tech. She had to remove all the polish and start all over again.
