Avoid this place at all costs. Cant follow simple instructions about tire placement. Then try to blame you for you for their mixup. Bad attitudes and appear miserable to be there. Cannot balance a tire to save their lives. Had to take my vehicle to a CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL to get the job done right! Every tire was unblanaced. Costed my double what it should have because of their carelessness and lack of knowledge. I don’t leave reviews, frankly I think sometimes people do so for no good reason. But today I felt like I HAD to. DO NOT go here. I’ve had friends and family come here and they’ve noticed unreasonable increases in prices and unhonest interactions. Not friendly peopel. One worker gave different prices for tire changes when I came in person vs over the phone (racist? idk). Nonetheless, there’s plenty of options nearby. Do better, and be better.
Not good customer service attitude never coming back
10/10 service. Competitor down the road quoted me over 3 1/2 hours to mount and balance four tires that I purchased elsewhere. called these guys and They were able to do the job immediately. As soon as I pulled up they got to work virtually zero downtime couldn’t recommend them more.
This place operates with zero honesty, zero ethics, and zero respect for people’s safety. I came for a simple $10–$20 tire patch — a SMALL repair that any honest shop would fix in minutes. Instead, they immediately tried to force me to buy a $200 tire I did NOT need. Let me be very clear: They looked right at my tire, saw the damage was minor, and still lied to my face saying it “can’t be fixed.” Why? Because scamming customers is clearly their business model.
