Spoke to the wife I guess he runs this out of his home she went on and on about how he was a teacher a safe person etc....and goes all over well when i spoke to him he was not so great he was not even willing to travel @20-25 minutes for a job must not havew jobs all over !!Guess he is rich and does not need the job his loss and another s GAIN!!!
Just got off the phone with Frank who chewed my head off for asking if he used steel or nylon brushes when cleaning. I told him I preferred nylon so as to not scratch the Class A chimney pipe. He yelled at me that he uses lots of different brushes, cleans 400 chimneys a year, gets 14 calls a day, and that somebody else should clean my chimney - then he hung up. I called him back, apolgized if I seemed too anal up front - he then went on to tell me how it "sends up a red flag" when customers start asking questions like this w... read more
