THE WORST AND WONDER WHY NO ONE SUPPORTS “others” businesses….attitudes if you need to do exchanges or questions on products…will not spend another damn dime
Manager or Owner would not honor the sticker price on a color rinse product that I purchased. Unfortunately I didn't notice the discrepancy until after I made the transaction. I pointed out the sticker price to the cashier but she (older lady who was eating while checking customers out with crumbs all over her mouth) did not honor the sticker price and would not refund the difference. This individual lacked professionalism and was entirely unsympathetic. I will NOT be supporting Sunny Beauty Supply stores ever again!
Very friendly and great customer service
I love this store because it has such a huge selection in wigs, braiding hair and locs.. I love that they have so many different color options. They are always getting whatever is new and up to date. So that u will be stylish. They also have fashionable clothing.
