Staff were so welcoming and nice! This was our first time here, we took advantage of both truck wash and dog wash. The guys working were so nice to explain the instructions to us and made it so nice and easy to use. We will definitely be back!
Well let’s start with I used to LOVE this car wash when they first opened. For the price I paid, I halfway expected my vehicle to come out with a fresh coat of paint, detailed interior, and maybe even a back massage. Instead, I got a basic rinse, and some overall missed spots on the windshield. The staff was polite, but maybe they were just as shocked as I was by the price tag. Was my favorite wash forever. I’ve had a membership since they opened. I’ve used it. My brother used it and my buddy. We all canceled! The new app is a joke. The limit on washes a month? Also the quality of the wash has decreased! My truck stays relatively clean as it’s not driven much how does it come out with a dirty water film? This is one of the Best touch-less car washes in Colorado Springs, BUT it also continues to be THE MOST EXPENSIVE!! Dennis what are we paying so much for? We had unlimited car washes with the plan, then you raised the price 3x in a year (2024) now we’re limited to 10 a month for the base of ANY PLAN. AND it’s still outrageously expensive. So for the same price I was already paying you have now limited my washes per month. Not happy Dennis!
