I had a very disappointing experience. The manager, who identified himself as Dennis, was rude, unhelpful, and ended a call by hanging up on me. Based on this interaction, I wouldn’t recommend this place at all. I won’t be coming back.
Tried the touchless wash on my brand new car and came out with my windshield covered in small chips from debris. Will not return, would not recommend.
I pay monthly for the highest level of car wash, and I go there two times a month in the touchless program, and I love it. My car is clean, never had anything damaged, and usually the weights not too long. We've done four different car wash programs throughout the city, this one's my personal favorite.
Update: the actual amount was soon billed as the owner said it would be. I didn't see the posted notice. This place will be my go-to for future. Nice car wash, perfect for washing my RV. I'd like this place to be my go-to but have one weird issue. I washed the front half and then the back half of my RV. The meter showed something like $11.40 and $14.xx for the 2 efforts. Today, showed up as 2 charges of $18.75. That's just a bit strange. Will update this review with any further info.
