I was considering going to this gym, but it was quite uncomfortable that there weren't any additional people with non-white ethic backgrounds or any body diversity in their website or video. In Tacoma, you would hope for a better reflection of the community.
Awesome gym! Super knowledgeable trainers, consistently challenging workouts and a incredibly supportive atmosphere. I was looking for a small gym when the big gyms were closed to COVID and stumbled into this place. I was looking for a gym but ended up with a lifestyle/mindset change that I wasn't expecting. As a bonus I'm down 21 pounds (which is unheard of for me)! They are not just a place to workout, I got nutrition and mindset coaching that was a game changer.
