Ceiling insulation was hanging down when we moved stuff in and was told that it would be taken care of. Absolutely nothing has been done yet just about a year later. I discovered why the insulation is hanging down. It's because the ROOF LEAKS! So needless to say items stored here got destroyed. Not happy. All the landlord is concerned about is getting his money. He couldn't care less about the items inside that got destroyed.
Decent place and fast on snow removal too!
