This is absolute garbage. The appointment was at 8:40 AM, and they are still telling me that I need an appointment to unload. On top of that, the line was moving on a first-come, first-served basis; as expected, two trucks arrived after me and they unloaded them first. It's ridiculous. They are completely disorganized and lack any professionalism to handle a job as simple as respecting an appointment time or keeping a proper check-in list.
