UPDATE: 05/12/2026: I reached out through the website to customer service and though it has already been the amount of time they said it would take for a response to come back, nothing has come through either in my inbox or spam box. I was hoping for a better resolution. I continue to get emails and text messages daily that they continue to try to charge my card on file. The washes at this location are GREAT! But trying to cancel the membership plan has been an absolute nightmare. Their membership system cycles to dead-end corners and when you go to the main site to cancel, it has a button to cancel, but leads to another cycle page. It has been super difficult to get in contact with anyone to cancel and has been super frustrating. I won't use them again for this reason--be forewarned if you are considering a membership. Best customer service ever every time I go there the screens work I’m able to drive through. There’s no problem. The staff is all kind. Highly recommend.
