Yesterday I got amazing customer service from Key, he was absolutely amazing, super helpful and kind. I will 100% keep going to get my car washes done here because of the helpful experience I had with him.
Quick and efficient
**This location has ripped parts off of multiple vehicles, use at own risk as they don't accept responsibility for their faulty equipment** Half of the vacuums don't work, the machine damages vehicles, but the staff is nice. Barely a month in to my membership the washer ripped factory parts off of my car. I immediately spoke with the general manager, Sylvia that took pictures and had me fill out their vehicle damage form. I was advised to watch my email as I would be getting a follow up in a few days.
