Excellent service!
Not a bad car wash overall, but their customer service left a lot to be desired. If your vehicle is in the shop and you’re driving a rental that you’d like to wash before returning it, they’ll charge you for a separate wash even if you’re already a paying member. I explained that I hadn’t used my membership in weeks because my own car was being repaired and simply asked if they could make a one-time exception for the rental.
