Came here for the free car wash and never got it finally paid for the membership than the car wash literally broke down after waiting in a long line. Also, drove to another location, since I paid for it. Anyways since I’m paying I have finally returned and trying the vacuums out, there is little to no suction. The “clean towels” are actually dirty.
I had a very disappointing experience with this car wash. They pressured me into signing up for a membership, and even after I clearly refused, I’ve been seeing recurring charges on my account for the past three months — for a rental car, no less! I’ve tried contacting them, but the issue still hasn’t been resolved. Be very cautious when giving them your payment information.
Purchased basic car wash but then had second thoughts as it were to rain the next day (hence the lack of interest) so I pulled out before the wash began. I asked the manager for a refund and he was helpful in reaching out to the company by email to pursue the refund and then also gave me a free wash on the house to show his generosity. Bianca was very sweet and helpful. I usually don’t leave reviews but in comparison to my last visit she is 100 times better
