I initially submitted a great review for this place, however, I am extremely disappointed with my experience at Superstar Car Wash. During a visit to their facility back in April, my vehicle was damaged, including a shattered topper window. I promptly reported the incident and followed their claims process, expecting the company to investigate and address the issue professionally.
