I give it 2 stars because while I can take my other cars here with no issues, my 2025 Silverado is different. It was 5 days old when I took her in to get cleaned up. I never had anything in the bed of my truck at that point. I noticed the day after that there were a bunch of scratches in the bed. I reached out to the claims team and to my surprise, it’s my fault I didn’t see those scratches directly after the incident. I’ll keep my truck away from that wash from now on. Met a young lady by the name of Jessica she was very helpful understanding and patient with me . I've went to several locations. No one could find my account kept telling me to go online message corporate and still would send me through with a wash because I'm showing them I'm being charged, I went right in and explained to her and she found me with no problem. She's awesome now I can get my car washed with no problem

Place is a scam! Stay away from their monthly membership! Nothing but problems. Got a "free promotion" for one month of trial service. I couldn't use it. My license plate was not found. Sent FOUR emails within a 2 week period stating the problem. I just got an auto reply. Now my trial period is a 2 days. Horrible customer service via website. Plenty of other options in the area that provide same quality of service
