Bad customer service Asked if I could go through again because there was dirt and soap residue on the back of my truck they told me no and that if I wanted to go through again I would have to pay for it??? lol
I only wanted one car wash and he kept on talking.And talking, I said, I only want one car wash and he wouldn't quit talking.Finally, I just said i'm gonna leave and go to a different one.And he said, fine.There was so much pressure on doing the monthly car washes. I'm going to a different car wash.
Very courteous and friendly and GREAT value vacuums are Free whether you have a membership or not.
I've never had a bad experience with this car wash. I have the unlimited for $20 and it's convenient and fast to get a thorough wash. My only criticism is that the restroom is always locked. This is a nice area so they shouldn't have issues letting people wash their hands after touching a dirty car. Especially in the mornings when it's busy, customers should have that option.
