They are really over priced for the work they do , I’ve been trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because they’re so close to where I live but it’s honestly not worth the time and money spent this set was $95 it’s the second week and it’s always this much lifted wouldn’t recommend.

My friend scheduled an appointment for a soak-off treatment with poli but her experience at this nail salon was extremely disappointing. First, her appointment was abruptly canceled without a clear explanation, which left her scrambling for a new slot. I recently visited this establishment and was extremely disappointed with their customer service. The staff (Lisa) seemed more focused on making money than on meeting customer needs. It was especially disheartening to observe that Black customers—who appear to be their primary clientele—were not treated with the respect they deserve. Additionally, the nail technicians seemed visibly frustrated when I requested adjustments. She told me to book with someone else in the future. I won’t be returning. Never!!!!

Unfortunately these photos were taken one day after getting a dip manicure at this salon. This is the second time this was happened to me after visiting this salon. I thought trying a different technician would help but I was wrong. I also got a pedicure which was fine. That is why this is not a 1 star review.
