This review is not regarding service but the customer service of Lisa the nail tech. I went here on February 14,2026 at 2:55pm. As I entered I went to sign my name in the appointment book. As I entered Lisa approached me and said do you have an appointment and I said yes at 3pm with Jen. As she went to search for the appointment she said I was late and said do you want to wait ?
