Had an 11:50 appointment, I arrived on time. I was seated and the young lady put me in the foot bath. Then she walked away 20 minutes later I was still sitting with my feet in water. She was watching as I kept looking around waiting. As soon as I dried my feet and started walking away she comes and says she is ready now. Nope! Unprofessional! Will not return.
Absolutely not satisfied with the service I received. From when I arrived explaining what I wanted & they said they can do it. I had to keep explaining everything during my pedicure- I have never had a pedicure where they don’t even put lotion on your feet left my nails sharp etc. Then my manicure was painful. Never would recommend this place ever.

Every set she does has me looking like a whole vibe. I can show her a picture, throw out a random idea, or say, “Girl, do your thing,” and she never misses.
