Bad enough that you have to pay 12 extra bucks to get gel when you getting a fill. The polish starts chipping off on 3rd day and I paid it no mind until on day 6 almost the nails are mostly chipped. Called in and they said they would take care of it when I asked if they would charge me. When I go they tell me I have to pay again. That is so dumb.
