Negative 20 stars!! Most traumatic customer service experience of my life! The massage was amazing and I was planning on coming back until my masseuse humiliated me in the middle of the store. They have a sign behind the counter that basically states anything less than a $30 TIP is unacceptable... a TIP! I was very generous and tipped 20% of my total and the lady had the NERVE to demand for $5 more. Change of ownership has had a tremendous negative effect on this business. Not knowing the owners had changed, my friend bought me a gift certificate for my birthday in November. They had written in a expiration date of .January and would not honor the certificate after the expiration date. I looked up California Civil Code Section 1749.5(a). which states gift cards and certificates can not have an expiration date--nor be charged a monthly maintenance fee.
