This smog place is truly the best. Chad is very friendly and knowledgable. You always feel like you are in good hands. You have Chad that knows his stuff and not trying to gouge you like some of the other shops and you have the quirky guy behind the register, who was so kind and filled up all my tires with air. What more can you ask for!! I wouldn't hesitate to take any car to Chad.
Guy on the phone was completely unprofessional. Cut me off with an angsty annoyed voice before I even finished my sentence. God forbid I have the mitigated gall to ask if I can bring my car in for you to provide the one useful service your shop provides. Made me take my business elsewhere.
