Ordered sod they gave me a 1 o’clock delivery time had a crew there waiting for it for hours. It didn’t come until 6 o’clock, which is totally unacceptable. When you have a crew they are waiting on the side. They laid it the next morning doesn’t look very good. We shall see.
From a pallet I had at least 5 with holes, 2 torn completely, and grubs! I am hoping for green up and then I will change my review. Delivery was easy but quality was not!
SuperSod of Alpharetta made the entire process seamless, from selecting the right grass for our yard to purchase and delivery. Kim, our delivery driver, went above and beyond by thoughtfully placing the pallets around the yard to make installation as convenient as possible.
I have driven past this storefront every single day for over two years, and for the longest time, there was a broken, crooked beam right on the front. I literally couldn't drive by without staring at it—it looked so weird and was driving my OCD absolutely crazy! I just wanted to leave this review to say a massive THANK YOU to whoever finally fixed it! Everything is perfectly straight now, and the front of the store looks great.
