We always make a point to stop here after we go to six flags ... my boyfriend and I always get the brisket and enjoying trying a new sauce everytime ... never been disappointed ... quick and fast service and awesome bbq

Wow Liz I’m not sure what went wrong. We use pellet smokers that cook with 100% wood the entire cook. We don’t have a heavy smoke flavor or after taste. I’m not sure what you ordered and I’m sure sorry you won’t be back. Lots of other bbq choices in the Lou, hope you find your favorite!
