The first time I called immediately after hearing a female voice, they said hello and hung up on me Second time I called they said there is some kind of problem with the communication I said what is it and instead of answering the question, they asked what do you need? And I said smog check. From my car and I gave them my year and they asked, what year????! when I had already said the year
