I had a wonderful experience at this office. The entire staff is always friendly, welcoming, and kind. My son needed extensive dental work, and Dr. Tover and Ursula were amazing throughout the process. They were both incredibly patient and caring, always taking the time to comfort him and help him stay calm. Dr. Tover would gently talk to him and reassure him during the procedure, while Ursula was always there to support and encourage him. Ursula and Dr. Tover are absolutely amazing. The whole Office staff is amazing. They are very nice and gentle with the kids highly recommended.
We absolutely love this dental office! Both of my kids come here and every single visit has been an amazing experience. From the moment you walk in, the staff is warm, welcoming, and truly cares about making kids feel comfortable. One of the things that really stands out is how modern and kid-friendly everything is. They use the latest technology, and even have iPads to help keep kids calm and entertained during treatment, which makes SUCH a difference! Went for a visit today with my son and everything went very smoothly. The Dr was very kind and professional and let us know every step of the treatment! He was great, and also his assistant Ursula was awesome. Will recommend friends and family.
If you're seeking a place where you might be judged or mocked, this is certainly it. The staff here are genuinely friendly and welcoming, which initially makes the experience somewhat pleasant. However, my encounter with the Spanish doctor, María, was deeply disappointing. She was disrespectful and careless, making me feel like a terrible mother and dismissing my concerns outright.
