This practice went above and beyond in their customer service
Im very upset. We went to my daughter's appointment and found out that they had a past due balance that was never brought to my attention. Never once received a bill and was told it was due to them not participating with the insurance, however when I called to see they said it was the only plan of Cigna that they took so I chose that plan. Not sure why 3 years later they say all of a sudden that there's a balance. Seriously debating on switching dentists.
Very good with children and there's an emergency they tend to it ASAP the doctors are great with the kids and so are the nurses I would suggest super smiles for kids for everybody
