Didn't allow me to go back with my 6 year old. They said the kids behave better without the parents, which is probably true, because they don't have a safe space and are putting on a brave face... for the great service and the fact they reassure my teen daughter, with her fear of the dentist the room for growth is the lack of professional boundaries, and staff being untrained of privacy protocol. Recently, I couldn’t make my daughter’s appt. Instead I sent a trusted family member as my rep, completed the permission doc, and made sure to update any patient information INCLUDING MED LIST via e-docs PRIOR to the visit as requested.
