My wife and I love to decorate for holidays so weve been using their products for over 10 years. They always give great service and even when the post office lost a shipment a year or so ago. When we didnt get it, we called and they were very nice about it and shipped us a replacement. They are very nice people to deal with and their products look great. We would buy from them again without hesitation.

Ordered this product after seeing it in the news paper. My check was cashed on Dec 5th. I have yet to receive this product. I called and talked to a Barry who said he would resend my order overnight and I would would receive it the next day. I still have not received the original order or the replaced order a week later. I live in NY.
