Eddy was nice and willing to make deal.
Constant problems with the vehicle after they said they fixed it. Fortunately we got an extended warranty so we could have another shop looking at what they did wrong! We took the car back to them 6 times and they still couldn’t fix it the correct way….. yikes!
They sold my mom. Dirty 2007 for 7000 dollars then when I went to give them a second chance they sold me a car that was smoking didn't tell me all the stuff it had wrong then sold it to me for 4times the amount of blue book price don't get your vehicle from here they are liars
So I promise that I would come write a review as soon as things were resolved I would like to say Sam at Orland super shopper has gone over and beyond to make things right I have read in the comments and reviews that other people have reported to have issues with the car after driving off the lot I will report that I was one of those people But after patiently, taking time to work along with my choice of Auto Shop and Sam, I believe we have come to resolve majority of the issues Sam not only came out of his own pocket for mo... read more
This place was amazing ! They helped our family. They worked with us. They were nice and gave us the vehicle and the chance we needed. Our family had been struggling to find something and they did it!!!!!! Thank you guys ! Would recommend any day .
