In November 2024 I visited Super Shine Nails with my mom, and our experiences were very different. Natalie did an amazing job on my shellac manicure and pedicure — she was careful, professional, and really attentive to detail. The finish was flawless, and I left feeling so happy with how my nails looked. Unfortunately, my mom didn't have the same experience with Henry. He seemed rushed and didn't take the same care. The salon has a lovely atmosphere, and I appreciated being offered water by two employees—great first impression. However, I was disappointed with both the service and the pricing. I came in for a bio gel refill (original set done elsewhere) with one broken nail. While the nail tech briefly went over the prices before she began, she didn’t mention the cost of fixing a broken nail. Amazing place super friendly. Went today for the first time and was the best place I’ve ever walked into, Sky did an amazing job!
An incredibly nice family business. I've tried five places in Sudbury for nails and when Anna does my nails they last the longest. The space is clean and it's nice to see when everyone walks in that the technicians know everyone's name. All the employees are very nice.
I’d give a solid 3.7 star if I could. I got the luxury pedicure for the foot scrub and massage. The guy just applied the scrub and got me to soak the feet in the water, where’s the ‘scrubbing’ part. It was supposed to be 45 min pedicure but apparently its 45 mins if you wanted a shellac paint put on (which is extra $15-20). Otherwise, it’s barely 30mins for$45. Massage?
