Paid for an undercarriage wash but the bottom of my car was bone dry/ still dirty when the wash was finished. Several of the machines are broken and left my car clean in some spots and dirty in others. The towel used to dry my car was so dirty that I think it might have made my windows worse than before the wash.
I went to get my car wash on my lunch break. I got out to throw some trash away and realized I left my wallet in the cup holder, I immediately went back and it was gone. When I questioned the guy he denied it. I had police come and he still denied it, mind you he was the only one that was cleaning the car. I contacted the owner and requested the camera footage. Just nasty. I'll admit, I called to see if they were open on a day it was set to rain. However, I just wanted my interior done. I have gotten my interior done by a car wash on days like this before, though not in this area. He was closed but he still met me there and did it and charged me an extra few bucks for the inconvenience. Not a difficult concept.
