paid 14 for car wash, put soap on the car and it stopped working. pulled into manual bay to hose off and that didn't work either. Avoid this car wash, total rip off. calling my credit card company to cancel charge.
A few weeks ago I paid 14$ for the touch less car wash and it took my money and never turned on at all. The machine told me I was ready to enter the wash but the pull up light never turned on. I even pulled in and backed back out because I thought maybe the “pull up” light didn’t work. Despite the person in front of me using it no problem it never turned on or signaled to pull up. place is absolute garbage
Machine got stuck in the same spot rotating on my doors. Thank goodness my husband was behind me to alert the business owners. Unfortunately the owner is a “customer is alway wrong” kind of guy and “my machine hasn’t given me problems in 8 yrs” Guess what? Your machine screwed up..... you are horrible at customer service. You’ve lost a customer
Luv having this car wash in town. The only snaggle is last time I used my debit card at kiosk, 1st swipe came up as 'ERROR' on little screen so I repeated the process and all went through. Now I'm looking at my bank statement and I see I was charged $22 rather than just the $11. It appears the 1st transaction went through too! went today and put 12.00 in machine in self service, but still didn't come on. called Tim Mason and hard time believing me, but was coming down. when he gets out of card he said he was bad mouthing me on the way there. I advised him the guy in the next stall was complaining about the grease all over his car from the hose . he starts yelling , pissing and moaning and then opens the box.
