I was so happy to have found them. They made the whole process smooth and simple for me and did all the behind the scenes work so I didn't really have to do any effort to appease the city's request for a replacement device before they would have otherwise shut off my water. Customer service was great answering all my calls and texts so promptly. I had called a few places before finding them, where none of those places answered my calls or returned my voicemails

Paul assessed the situation regarding the exterior hose bib and presented a couple of logical solutions. After choosing what I considered to be the optimal solution, Paul (and apprentice) completed the fix in an hour. Excellent knowledge and workmanship.
The technician RAMZI SOUDAH showed up at my house less than an hour after I called and he identified the issue in less than 15 minutes. He was polite, courteous and a true professional, I have found the plumbing company for all my home needs!!!
