I will never return to the Pomona shop. Unfortunately, my experience was extremely frustrating due to poor communication, lack of organization, and disappointing customer service. I dropped my car off Friday morning to have the struts inspected. Almost a week later, after repeatedly calling for an update, I continued to receive vague answers and was given the runaround. I used to come here when it was Taylor (which I highly recommended). However, I cannot recommend Super Service. Brought in car because a check engine light would come on and needed to pass smog. Paid the 210 diagnostic fee, and then was later informed that it would be an additional 837 for further diagnosis with no guarantee of what repairs would run. Also, they did a bunch of other diagnostic to report and upsell other things wrong, that was never requested and all of issues I already knew were wrong. I came in for a specif... read more
