Maria is BY FAR the most amazing customer service rep I have ever met. Most pharmacy techs act so holier-than-thou, but Maria at Stater Bro's on Summit Ave is awesome. I don't know how she does it, but she handles all sorts of patients' Rx, gets them processed through insurance, AND gets the Rx ready within 10 mins. I don't think I've waited longer than 5, to be honest. I switched from CVS to this particular Stater Bro's Pharmacy because of her!
