me and my wife purchased two TVs a couch and two beds and were very happy with the service and the payment plans I especially like dealing with Cody we had a great experience there and plan on returning
I will NEVER do business with this company. I went in on Monday December 8 to rent a bed. Picked out which bed I wanted. Scheduled my delivery for Wednesday December 9th at 4 pm. I had been a previous customer very pleased at that time. The young girl that took my information did not update my acct. So when they delivered my bed they went to the wrong address so I did not get my bed. There was no one living at the old address. I paid for 2 weeks. I will never rent to own from this company ever again. If I hadn't already paid so much for used couches that the salesman lied to me about being new then id throw them into my front yard and have them pick them up. When I pay these off next month im going to literally wipe myself with the money before I give it to them.
DO NOT do business with these people. Made the mistake of falling for their bs and now regret it. If I didn't mind throwing my money down the drain, I wouldve tod them to come get their stuff and shove it where the sun doesn't shine!
Me and my husband got a couch there. Said if we paid it off in 3 months it'd be same as cash. Well that is the most misleading wrongful advertisement I've ever fell for! They refused to refund the 650 which is half the total price for the couches, after my husband passed away and I returned the couches to them. They do not care about their customers and will try every way to not deal with you. Avoid them. They are the most unprofessional excuse for a business!
